Sarah Wells
Registered Clinical Counsellor, Certified Canadian Counsellor
As a registered therapist specializing in walk and talk counselling, I offer a grounded, compassionate approach that supports clients in reconnecting with themselves through movement, nature, and mindful conversation. Our sessions take place outdoors, blending the therapeutic benefits of walking with evidence-based techniques to foster clarity, resilience, and personal growth.
My practice draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based approaches. This means we’ll work together to identify what matters most to you, build psychological flexibility, and focus on practical steps toward meaningful change—while also learning to make room for difficult thoughts and emotions without letting them define you.
Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to create a space—outside the four walls of an office—where you feel safe, seen, and supported. Walking side by side, we’ll explore challenges at a pace that feels natural, with the rhythm of your steps helping to ease conversation and open insight.
At this time I am only offering walk and talk sessions to individuals.
