Sarah Wells
Registered Clinical Counsellor (R.C.C.) Certified Canadian Counsellor (C.C.C.)

As a registered therapist, I offer a grounded, compassionate approach that supports you in reconnecting with yourself, exploring what is weighing on your mind and working towards making meaningful changes. Whether you prefer the comfort and privacy of a traditional in-office session, the grounding movement of a walk and talk in nature, or the mindful connection of stretch and talk therapy, each option is designed to meet you where you are—both emotionally and physically. Using evidence-based techniques, we’ll work together toward greater clarity, balance, and self-understanding in a way that feels natural and empowering for you.

My practice is integrative draws from numerous approaches including, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based techniques. This means we’ll work together to identify what matters most to you, build psychological flexibility, and focus on practical steps toward meaningful changes—while also learning to make room for difficult thoughts and emotions without letting them define you.

Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to create a space—sometimes outside the four walls of an office—where you feel safe, seen, and supported.

At this time I am only accepting individual, adult clients.
